When I first joined maurices as a stylist, I was drawn to the company because of my positive experiences as a customer. The employees were always friendly, and I could see myself enjoying the job if I were hired. Fast forward to today, I am proud to say that I am a PT Manager, a role that has allowed me to grow in ways I never imagined.
Through my position as a manager, I have learned how to delegate tasks to my coworkers while staying in charge of the floor and segmenting goals.
